This woman in her early thirties was unhappy with the shape of her nose and the overall proportions of her nose and chin with her face. She underwent an open rhinoplasty with reduction of the dorsal profile and refinement of the nasal tip. She also underwent placement of a small chin implant through an intra-oral incisions and latter had enhancement of her lips with Juvaderm. The result was a more refined, feminine appearance with better balance of her facial features. (Dec 23, 2015)
