This woman in her early thirties suffered several nasal fractures as a teenager as a result of her participation in a variety of sports. She desired to correct the large dorsal hump, straighten her nose and correct the nasal tip from drooping. She underwent an open rhinoplasty with reduction of the nasal dorsum and midline placement of the nasal pyramid. Minimal refinement of the tip cartilages was performed together with a cartilage tip graft to provide support. The surgery successfully restored her nasal appearance to the days before her injuries.
