Quad Blepharoplasty (upper and lower eyelids) In order to prevent smile creases in the post op photo, we have asked the patient to remain expressionless. Please note the following: 1. You can already see the upper eyelid creases beginning to form at 13 days post op. 2. The decreased fullness and appearance of wrinkles in the lower lids.
