This is common to some extent after rhinoplasty surgery and maybe related to swelling or some uneven healing due to scar tissue. This can be treated with non-surgical treatments before thinking about more surgery. Your surgeon should be able to give you advice on the best way forward.

Yes you can but you need to see a specialist.
You may need to see a dermatologist too.
I would advise a course of steroid injections but the results depend on a number of factors including genetics.

Can I get a facelift if I have a silicone nose implant?

Yes. You will require assessment by a specialist to make sure that the implant is in a good position and has good Skin cover. Rarely the implant can start to work it's way out or be prominent in which case there may be a small risk of infection which the surgeon will explain to you.

You can discuss this with a specialist plastic surgeon but you I may find that they advise you that you are too young to have a formal facelift. There are alternative more minor procedures which may benefit you and you can certainly discuss these with the specialist.
