Fixing a bent nose needs treatment of the wall inside the nose that separates the left from the right nostril called the septum. A nose can be bent after injury or can develop with time by itself. Usually the breathing is blocked too on one side.
This lady had correction of her bent nose and breathing with surgery inside the nose called a septoplasty.
"While you're fixing the breathing, can you make my nose look better too"
Many patients initially see a surgeon after an injury to just improve their breathing. But then use it as an opportunity to also get the nose they always wanted.
