Scars that are 1.5 years old will no longer improve. I don’t think that you should count on much improvement even with more therapies. Avoid expensive treatments as I don’t expect much improvement at all. You have healed the scars well but they seems to be so long. Please check with your surgeon if you have textured implants, if you do follow the advice on my blog

Hi Britt, thanks for your question. 485 cc on your little frame seems too large since you already have a c cup. I noticed a significant droopy shape with your nipples looking down. You should seriously consider a breast lift with a much smaller implant . Repeat your consultation or seek another one.

If you are young (in your 20s) in excellent shape, and your surgery is done in an appropriate setting by an experienced surgeon then a single long operation can be done.
