This 56 year old woman was concerned with the folds in her neck and loss of volume in her face. Dr. Gouverne performed a facelift with fat grafting to correct her areas of concern. The fat was taken from her abdomen and injected in the cheeks, between the eyes and above the lip to restore the volume that was lost.
