Fading Lipo Scars, what can help fade them?
scar treatments?
Apr 17, 2020
Based on your photos, my suggestion would be to have the scars excised and potentially inject kenalog at the same time to prevent recurrence of these hypertrophic scars. Though the incisions will roughly be the same size or slightly larger, the wounds can be closed under minimal tension in layers. Note that when liposuction is performed, a metal cannula is passed hundreds of times leading to local tissue damage through friction. Though most times these wounds heal with very little …
Is it possible to get gynecomastia surgery after building muscles at the gym?
Does gynecomastia surgery go hand in hand with the gym?
Apr 17, 2020
Building additional muscle tone can be beneficial both before and after gynecomastia surgery. In fact in my practice, patients are encouraged to restart their pre-surgery workout routine within two weeks after surgery with liposuction alone and approximately 6 weeks to 2 months after more extensive correction.Best wishes and good luck.
Can I get keloids removed and get gauges after my lobe has healed?
can I get gauges after successful treatment of keloids?
May 14, 2019
Most surgeons including myself would tell you not to get another gauge placed into an earlobe that once had a keloid removed. You might be able to have them gauged again without any issues, or the keloid may recur even worse than before.Best wishes
How long after a BBL will I have to wait to do 360 Smart Lipo?
how long do I need to wait for a BBL following liposuction?
Feb 15, 2019
I see no reason at all to undergo liposuction first and come back to perform a BBL. This should be done at the same time for many reasons including having enough fat to perform the BBL, avoiding scar tissue and contour issues during the second case, and avoiding additional surgery.Best wishes and good luck.
Which procedure is best to reduce a double chin, jowls and contour the chin? Vaser or Smart Lipo? (Phot
what works best for a double chin?
Feb 15, 2019
In my hands, I have found that SMART lipo in addition to suction lipo (to remove additional fat and remove breakdown products of the laser lipolysis) works the best. Keep in mind that any modality is only as good as the surgeon using the instrument.Best wishes
