Hi. I would start with your primary care provider. Discuss your concerns and your goals so that your PCP can help guide you with nutrition and weight loss. If they feel like you would benefit from a consultation with a gastric bypass type of specialist then they can help guide you through that process. Once you have lost the appropriate amount of weight then I would recommend getting in to see a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns and goals and come up with a plan...

Hi. Sorry to hear you're having issues after your surgery. I would get another opinion from a reputable plastic surgeon as well as a general surgeon. They might find a CT scan to be helpful depending on what they find on physical exam.

The fullness in your months could be benefited with liposuction. By switching to a smaller implant and tightening her mastopexy the excess pigment in your vertical scar could be removed. I would go back and express her concerns to her original surgeon as they would probably work with you as far as the cost goes. If you start with a different surgeon he will be back to square one on how much it cost you to have this revised.

Hi. Based on your photograph I would expect you do not have a whole lot of fat to use to harvest for the fat transfers, and thus it is doubtful that you would see much improvement with another round of fat transfers. It is obviously variable in terms of how much of the fat stays and how much of it goes. But if you want breast implants then find a board certified plastic surgeon with good experience with breast implants and move forward in that direction.

It appears as if your areola to inframammary fold distance is too long on the right side. This could be improved by resecting more skin along the IMF which would also pull your nipple lower on that side. I would not recommend doing anything to the left breast.Good luck,Dr. Tucker
