Regarding you inverted T scars, they should fade over time however, if you have previous scar on your body for other reasons, it would be a good guide as to the coloration of future scars. Sun exposure can actually worsen scar appearance by either making them hyper pigmented or hypo-pigmented so I would sun exposure of your scars for at least 6 months -1 year or make sure you use a good sun screen.

Dear Intelligent,
As long as the dermal piercing is superficial enough and placed as sterily as possibly, you shouldn’t have any issues as this point. Also touch base with your primary surgeon as well prior to getting a dermal piercing as well.

It’s not uncommon to have pain in the abdominal area after a tummy tuck for up to 3-6 months. Sometimes this can be attributed to muscle spams and usually a muscle relaxed helps. After your activity level continues to improve, this should subsided.
As long as your breast look normal and feel soft, it is unlikely you have capsular contracture. Having pain with body movement, makes this more likely attributed to muscular spasms or muscle pain. I would trial a muscle relaxer and…

Hi,
Even with muscle plication, you should be able to go back to work in about 3 weeks. I have a lot of patients back to work around the 3-4 week mark depending on what type of work they do.
