From the pictures it is most likely an allergic reaction to adhesive tape due to shape of rash. Sometimes antibx cream can also cause allergy due to additives. It appears not to be an infection. Not sure about the random stitch in photos. You need to make an appointment with your plastic surgeon to evaluate rash and ask him or her about the stitch. If you are 13 days post op the stitches should already been removed so please see your PS soon.

You are a good candidate if medically healthy for a full facelift and laser resurfacing of the lips to correct excess skin of neck and jowls. It is difficult to see how extensive are the vertical lines around the mouth. If they are not too severe chemical peels can help but if they are deep then you will need deeper treatment such as dermabrasion or laser resurfacing. You are absolutely too young for a facelift

At your age your skin has good elasticity so your are not a candidate for a facelift. A better picture with wider view is needed to evaluate your face. However there are some areas of volume loss that can be improved with tissue filler or fat grafting.
I'm at 17 days post op. Is it normal to still be sore to the touch/nipple sensation?

This is quite normal to have hypersensitivity to nipples after breast augmentation. You will have episodes of this over the next 3-6 months since nerve endings are regenerating. One way to alleviate hypersensitivity is to do desensitizing exercises several times daily by using a dry washcloth or piece of gauze and rubbing the nipple areas in circular motions.
