 Hello and thank you for your question. Based on the photos you provided, you appear to have very low body fat and overall good skin tone. I see very little skin laxity. You have good muscularity and definition overall. I believe you would be a good candidate for liposculpture. I find breast augmentation (in the proper hands) to be a very safe and reasonable procedure to perform for women who are unhappy with the size, shape, and/or symmetry of their breasts. Risks are low when using smooth silicone gel or Saline filled implants. Currently we do not recommend the use of textured implants for cosmetic patients.
