Although complications are rare, there are typical complication risks associated to any surgery including the potential injury to the trachea and the surrounding - that includes the vocal cords which can affect the voice. I always make sure my patients are aware of all the risks before surgery.

First of all, it looks like you got a great result! While every surgeon has their own protocol for compression garments, I prefer that patients wear a well fitting compression garment for as long as they can tolerate it. The final result after healing, scar contracture and resolution of swelling may not be realized up to six months after the procedure.

Body type and breast measurements guide the appropriate implant choice but to get a good idea of what would be acceptable to you go to ricetest.com.  This is a great way to an idea of what size will make you comfortable. Many people end up wanting to be bigger. You can always change the implants to a different size. Don't drive yourself crazy.

Hello, it does appear that the superior part of your incision has opened a little bit.  It may still end up okay.  I am not sure what, if anything, your doctor has you putting on your wound, however, keeping it moist with Aquaphor will help it to heal. Wash it gently with mild soap (Dove, Ivory bar soap) and water in the shower and reapply moisturizer. When the scar is mature you may end up being happy with the result.  If not, the scar may be revised.  Usually you would wait 6-12 months...
