In our practice, we prefer the use of silicone implants, semi-solid soft implants, which are placed thru a posterior incision in the posterior knee crease. You can achieve a better profile and fullness of the chin area with the use of a chin implant. Different size and shape implants can affect your result.Different sizers are put in to determine the best appearance prior to putting in the final implant.In our practice, we usually insert chin implants thru a small skin incision beneath the chin.Results can take 2-4 weeks for the swelling and redness to disappear.The procedure can be done under a local anesthetic with mild sedation.

Successful liposuction of the arms is dependent on the volume of fat and the looseness of skin in the area.
