Liposuction will only remove the fat and will not address the skin. It appears that you probably have some loose skin which could be removed and tightened with tummy tuck. A tummy tuck is somewhat more involved but would probably give you a better result . Discuss this with a board certified plastic surgeon.

It appears from the photo that you have loose skin as well as excess fat.  You can certainly have liposuction alone and it will make you flatter but you may still have loose skin or it may make your skin worse.  If you are willing to accept this, liposuction alone may be an option.  Discuss this with your plastic surgeon.

What you are pulling out in the photo is skin and fat.  The fat can be removed with liposuction but it would not address the the skin.  Many surgeons will routinely do a conservative liposuction of the fat at the same time as tummy tuck but it can increase the risks of healing problems.  You are still early at 4 weeks and still have some swelling.  Give it more time but be sure to discuss this with your surgeon.

From your photos it appears you have stretch marks and skin laxity above as well as below the umbilicus and also muscular laxity.  Your best option probably would be a standard tummy tuck. This would give you a longer scar but probably would give you the best result.  Discuss this with your plastic surgeon.  
I had a tummy tuck July 2015. My doctor signed me off saying he doesn't need to see me anymore.

Each surgeon has his own protocol for follow up after surgery.  Assuming you are doing well without any concerns it is not unreasonable for him to discharge you after 10 months.  But if you have any concerns or questions you should give him a call.

Generally I allow my patients to shower the day after surgery. If your bandages got wet you should be fine.  However if you have any questions you should call your plastic surgeon.

A panniculectomy would only address the hanging skin at the lower part of the abdomen.  A tummy tuck can remove significantly more skin and tighten the muscle at the same time.  In general a tummy tuck will give you a better result.  Consult with a plastic surgeon. They can examine you and let you know which option would be best for your concerns.

Thanks for your question.  It can be difficult to know for sure unless you had a consultation.  However from your photo it looks like you would do best with a lift. You could do an implant only but your breast itself would probably still be droopy.  If this does not bother you it may be an option.  You could always do a lift later but this would mean a second procedure.  Consult with your plastic surgeon..
