Morbid obesity puts you at very high risk for post operative complications. Also a tummy tuck would not address your base line problem and you would not obtain a desirable result. You should seek evaluation by medical nutritionist and/or a bariatric surgeon. Once you loss weight and reach a stable weight you may consider evaluation for a tummy tuck or another surgical procedure that might address areas of redundant skin.

Its difficult to see from the pictures you submitted, if you have a significant facial asymetry. Now that being said, all of us have some slight diffrence between our left and right side. But I agree, in that you have a weak chin and would benefit from a advancement genioplasty or implant, if your occlusion is ok (how you teeth line up). I am concerned that you mentioned that you can’t keep your mouth closed while at rest, so its important that you get evaluated by a board…

In seen the pictures you submitted, there is evidence of progressive signs of devascularization. Some times large amounts of pressure can overcome the blood flow to your tissues and manifest as the pictures you have summited. The main risk now, is that your implant becomes exposed or you develope an infection. You should be closely followed up by your plastic surgeon.

The process of scar maturation takes approximately a year after the injury. During that time silicone sheets , steroid injections and some creams might help improve scar appearance. However in old scars this are not an option. Scar revisions or resurfacing with lasers or dermoabrasion remain as therapeutic options especially in larger scars.

If you notice a bulge or mass on a abdominal scar you should be evaluated for a hernia, specially if you are considering pregnancy. Isolated scars should not be a problem. After you are done with childbearing you can consider an abdominoplasty and may be able to have your scar partially or completely removed depending on your skin laxity and excess.

Although your breast implants are pretty strong , they are not indistructable. By 2 months when you are fully healed, you should be able to lead a normal life without any restrictions. I work in a busy trauma center and seen many injured patients with breast augmentations and never seen acute implant ruptured
