There is another condition called Anterior Thoracic Hypoplasia that looks like Poland Syndrome however patients still have a pectoralis muscle. Thanks for your question and the pictures. Your breasts are not in an unfavorable position. However, you lack upper pole volume and the lower part of your breast has started to sag. You need more upper pole volume and the lower pole expanded. This could easily be achieved with a breast augmentation. This would spare you excess scars on the breast. Even though only a minimal amount of breast tissue needs to be removed, your breasts can be reshaped and restored to a more lifted perky appearance. Thank you for your pictures. Your issue was not an allergic reaction. Based on the photographs you posted, it looks like you had full thickness skin loss due to a vascular injury to the breast. Most surgeons, in order to avoid rippling, will over fill the implant which can lead to a hard, unnatural feeling. Thanks for the question. You had a slight asymmetry before your breast augmentation. Quite frankly when your breasts are augmented with round implants, that pre-op asymmetry will persist and in some cases be amplified.
