Dear Samanthak22, thank you very much for sharing your picture and question. In my experience, non susrgical rhinoplasty (fillers rhinoplasty) cannot improve very well the frontal profile, I think that a pronounced deviation of the bridge needs to much filler that could loose teh definition of the aesthetic lines of the dorsum.

Dear VincentM90, thank you very much for sharing your question. A month prior is a good time lapse before a facial fat transfer, but in fact, the peeling wont affect the fat survival rate.

Dear Cavadoll118, thank you very much for sharing your question and pictures. Fat transfer is a safe procedure but have at least a 30% of fat loss (a 30% of the fat cells dont integrate after the surgery), and many things are related with this. A revision BBL could improve your actual irregularities, I may suggest a 360° VASER lipo to sculpt the frame for the gluteal area, also liposuction in the gluteal area to improve the shape, and finally Fat transfer to compensate the empty …

Dear Gemrad85, congratulations for your wedding. Thank you very much for sharing your pictures and questions with us. The healing process of all surgeries completes at 6 months to 1 year post op; nevertheless, in the 4th month postop I expect that the 80-90% of swelling are resolved. Usually my Tummy tuck patients return to their daily activities in the 2nd week post op and to their work out routine in the 4th week post op.

Without a picture or a propper evaluation is hard to give you a 100% confident answer, but I can tell you that in my experience with time and when the swelling goes down the tip downs as well and the nostrill show is less evident.
I suggest you to talk with your surgeon, he will answer your question too.
