Hard to advise without pictures however having had experience with MTF and FTM trans individuals, in general that is a huge size – if u do not plan to lose weight then you may consider fat grafting (transfer) to your chest area as you can be your own donor ! Instead of doing implants. It will require several sessions however you may want to consider it as it will help sculpt parts of ur body to feminize trunk contour at same time.

I would have waited longer than 5 days to address the “clumping” if it was injected properly, it would most likely have flattened with time. Unless it looked grotesque, I would have waited for at least two weeks before using hyaluronidase to melt it away which inadvertently also melted some of your own fibroblast produced hyaluronic acid.
