Unfortunately if you only preform liposuction to remove a significant amount of fat, then you will be left with skin laxity and uneven appearance. Yes, you seem to be a good tummy tuck candidate, during the procedure you will have a tightening of the abdominal muscles that were stretched by pregnancy. However, it's best to check with your board certified plastic surgeon to see if you have any GI issues causing any additional distension. From what I gather, you would be a great tummy tuck candidate. Your surgeon is correct, you cannot liposuction the upper part of the abdomen during the procedure because you risk flap loss. You can go in and liposuction the upper abdomen after your tummy tuck is fully healed. All the best.

Depending on your pcp's clearance and blood work, this age is not a deterrent. You will be able to enjoy your facelift for years to come. I have had a 90 year old facelift patient previously who was very happy with their results. I always suggest doing it sooner than later to enjoy your results for longer.

I believe you might be good candidate for Botox and possibly Juvederm to smooth any lines out. Your jawline looks normal, so I wouldn't suggest a facelift. You might consider a forehead lift down the road, but nothing stands out as being prematurely aged currently. Botox will help with the actual muscle contracting to make the lines which can't be addressed otherwise.
