It would be my recommendation to not have a surgical procedure. Yes, this is possible and no need to be alarmed. We tell our patients that it is normal to begin to feel some lumpiness 2-3 weeks post-procedure. This is evidence of the fat continuing to die off. Massaging definitely will help but regardless will go away on its own. Time frame is different for each individual. You will not see the true and final result until 3-4 months.
