Thanks for your question It’s very important to know if you are thinking about performing a mommy makeover procedure you must be without exercising the first two months After the first month you can start cardio and after the second month you can start working out slowly and step by step There’s no reason to affect your results if you get the previous routine you had before At the opposite way so many people think is better to get toning to preserve your results!!

Sometimes after having a Tummy Tuck it could happen to have a bump in the lower part of the abdomen as a result of less liposuccion that area avoiding complications of necrosis of the lower abdomen. Also can happen in gluteal area because fat transfer sometimes can go away and dissolved. We recommend you to have a new liposuction procedure to be performed to have abdominal etching and correction of those irregularities. Good luck
