An internal mesh, such as GalaFLEX, is a bioresorbable scaffold that supports, reinforces, and elevates soft tissues. The mesh completely absorbs after 1.5 to 2 years leaving the tissue 2-4 times stronger than before. From my point of view and according to many studies, the mesh seems to really work.

In my opinion, the only way to change the breast shape from shallow to projected is with implants. It’s not recommend to use hyaluronic acid and unfortunately with fat grafting, it’s very difficult to achieve a good result in regards to projection.

You should be able to wear a bikini after 6 months from the surgery. After a year, the incision will have healed and the scar will be almost mature. During surgery, I make the incision 3-4 cm above the C section line (if you have one) or below the pubic bone, so any scarring will be well hidden by your bikini or underwear.
