It depends on how far are you postop. If surgery is recent, you are more likely to have changes. If you had a surgery a while ago you probably will not get much improvement of the assymetry.

It is hard to tell form the photo. It is best to judge size after physics exam at your consultation. You do seem petite and are limited in the size of implant you can use. My guess would be probably around a 300cc implant will make you a c cup. It would bet to judge in person.

From your photo there is apparent asymmetry of the breasts. The pockets appear different, as well as the inframammary folds. They are also too medial, and you may have what is called syntactia. It is still early and things may change but you should follow up with your surgeon to follow closely. Hopefully it will correct itself, but can be reevaluated later to see if you need a revision.

The photos are of poor quality. You must be evaluated by your plastic surgeon to see if you have the proper body and skin to support a large implant. If I had to guess it looks like you would need around 600cc implant to attain that size, with moderate profile plus implants.

The photo is suboptimal, but it looks like the implants are sitting high up on the chest wall. It takes time for the implants to ettle down. If you want a larger size later, you should wait and allow everything to heal. You sometimes cannot place as big implants as you wish because your anatomy. Sometimes it is almost like staging surgery, to come back in 1 year and reaugment.

I first of all don’t like my patients to wear under-wire bras early postop. It is possible to have stretch of the areol a after areol at surgery. You should see your doctor to make sure there is no would disruption or breakage of the suture, that would cause this. Only your doctor will be able to tell you if you did any damage.

It is normal for the breast to settle slowly and can sometimes be uneven at first. It can take several months to settle properly. At 3 weeks postop I wouldn’t’ be overly concerned. But you should follow up closely with your surgeon. He will reassure you if everything is ok.

Th right type of implant to use should be individualized between you and your surgeon. Depending on the doctor’s experience with the specific implant makes a difference. Your doctor should explain to you what benefits each one has. You can get a great result with either.

With tuberous breast you are sometimes limited on what size implant you can place. You do need to address the “constricted” tissue and sometimes reducing areole size helps. I would rather use a prareolar incision than a inframammary incision which would be more obvious. Fat transfer may be an option but I don’t things it is the best approach.

You have to approach surgery on what will give the best results and not necessarily the cheapest procedure. Usually miniTT is cheaper than a full TT? But it really depends on your body and what you require, to make a proper decision on which way to go.

It looks like from your photos that you are in good shape and don’t have significant stretching from your pregnancy. You don’t appear to need a mini-TT, but a small lipo may help and if you get some skin retraction may give you what you want. I haven’t been that impressed with results of Thermage after pregnancy for skin tightening.

From the photos I agree you don’t have agreed deal of excess skin. But with a mini-TT you won’t be able to plicate the rectus muscles above the umbiicus. You may have a postop bulge of your upper abdomen. A full TT with an umbilical float may be your best be in order to have full aggressive plication of your rectus muscles all the way up. You can have children after a tummy tuck, but it is not ideal. You will stretch out the abdomen again and possibly lose what you have gained from the surgery in the first place.A mini-TT will remove some excess skin of the lower abdomen but not remove generalized fat of the abdomen. Your best bet is probably a full tummy tuck with removal of all the excess skin, and plication of the rectus muscles to tighten your stomach. It is not a hinderance to pregnancy, although you Amy want to wait to have the procedure after you have your children, because it may loosen with pregnancy and effect the final result.
