Thank you for your photos, it is a pleasure to answer your question. At 3 weeks post op, it is too soon to judge your final results. You need to give your body from 4 to 6 months for everything to fully settle.  Swelling takes time to got down. Bruising, swelling and lumpiness is all normal at this point in your healing process.  Please continue all your follow up appointments with your plastic surgeon.Hope this helps.
