What you are dealing with is most likely a "stitch abscess" or spitting stitches. It is difficult to tell from your photo if this is the correct etiology but assuming it is- I would expect this to heal with time. Most plastic surgeons will use some type of absorbable suture and may tie a knot at the ends of the incision.
