It depends on your circimstance. There are many plastic surgeons who perform a lot of ptosis repairs, me included, and like working around the orbit. Many ,again like me, got interested when doing complex reconstructions from cancer and trauma. So interview a couple and go with the one that makes you comfortable.If you had a good experience before, you should speak with him.

This condition can occur after a blepharoplasty, and is not neccessarily due to the surgeon. There can be clot in the muscle, bruises on the nerves, and just residual swelling. Early treatments consist of taping, message, in jection of 5 FU, steroids(I am not a fan as it can thin the muscle) and ultimately and canthal procedure to pull up the lower eyelid. So it can changed, and treatment will depend upon how far out from the surgery.

Firstly, please advise if you have had botox within the past 5 months.Assuming no Botos treatments, you have to consider your anatomy and current eyelid function.Is the eyebrow at the level that you desire? How tight is your eyelid closure? Do you have dry eyes/ can you wear contact lenses? The answer to these will determine whether you have a browlift and/or a procedure to open the eyelids.

1-Hooding. that can be corrected with a blepharoplasty.
2-Lateral angle. That can be corrected with a canthopexy or canthoplasty.

You probably do not at your nose is straight in the supratip area and your dorsum is straight. Did you have an open rhinoplasty previously?You might want to think about shortening the length and changing the tip after the cortisone has worn off. Because the shape of your breasts is not a smooth curve towards the areola-you do. Your desire for a larger breast is good and will improve the shape. It can be done on an outpatient basis,with ,possibly , hidden incisions. A rapid recovery.

You must not be too quick to judge and should take the following into account:
is the photograph at true horizontal?
what time of the day is the photo taken,am or pm?
are you otherwise in good health?
contacts may lead to levator lengthening and thus ptosis
If otherwise negative, you should go through the checklist for which type of ptosis.

You have ptosis which is usually from a laxity of the levator muscle. It can only be corrected with surgery. You should have old photos for the surgeon to study. I have posted some sample cases on real self for you to see.

I agree with Dr. Morgan's response. After having done over 3000 breast augments and lifts, one has be thoughtful to avoid complications.

Firstly , I would put in the largest implant sizer and evaluate the skin status and viability. Then ,during the surgery, sit you up(still asleep) to check for symmetry and to make sure that the skin is not too tight.The implant size can then be evaluated.

You will need to consider which is of primary importance. lift or volume. That will help your...

Having a bump on the nose after a rhinoplasty, is not as rare as you think. It can happen with any surgeon. Why? Because we all bruise. A small amount of blood can get deposited between the skin and the newly shaped bone.Your body usually absorbs it. If not, a small amount of a steroid can be injected to dissolve it. Also, message daily and waiting can help resolve it.

Assuming that you do not have dry eyes and the muscles are fine , an upper eyelidplasty is way better than botox or fillers-they may actually make you worse with more drooping of the upper lid.

The procedure has extremely low,if any,side effects, is done by taking 1 pre op pain pill and takes 45 minutes to do. The recovery is 1 day. You can fly internationally the next day.

In short yes. First , you should wait for a full year, have a discussion with your surgeon.Do not be skeptical of him or her. The deviation is not necessarily,and frequently not,their causation. After that, an analysis can be done. The nose has a bony upper1/3-which looks like the issue here;a cartilage middle1/3 and a cartilage lower 1/3. In your case , the options maybe to simply rasp the bump down or shift the bones back to the midline.best to you
