Hello,
Any rhinoplasty can be performed no matter the degree of the skin thickness. But at the same time it is good to know that thick skin especially on the tip tend to swell up more,hiding the cartilage any bony work more than a thick skin.

Hello,
The swelling after a rhinoplasty effects the entire face no matter upper or the lower portion. This maybe due to inflamation which is the first stage of the healing process or minor bleedings. But it is not a surprise that jawline has its share when the fluid shifts to lower part of the face.

Hello,
I must say post-traumatic noses are almost always more tricky than the others. Depending on the picture you have uploaded I must say that a restoration of your dorsal aesthetic lines (including assymetrical osteotomies and septolasty) is the number one concern plus a tip refinement surgery. Since it is not the easiest case finding a surgeon well-experienced in rhinoplasty would be the ebst option.

Hello,
Without the pictures all I can assume that you have excessive septum whic causes a tense tip that droops especially when smiling,a tip plasty would be the solution for that. As well you have the filler option that would uprotate the tip to a certain degree if you want to go non-invasive. Better to provide pictures or see a certified plastic surgeon to discuss and solve the problem.

A bifid tip can be corrected %100 percent with lower lateral repositioning,(to a degree),suturing the domes and a cap graft to the tip (ıf needed) and a shield graft(if needed) to infralobule. I would definitely choose the surgery over non-invasive procedures since a refinement in the tip would be more accurate than filling the space between cartilages to hide the bifidity,plus the surgery is a permanent solution. It is of course the best to discuss all those with a certified …

According to the pictures you have provided a tip refinement and repositioning your lower lateral cartilages(supporting the nazal valve and dealing with the pinched apperaence), resection of caudal septum(which is the reason of droopy tip and hanging columella),bridge narrowing,light uprotation of the tip and alar base reduction would be the steps that I would take in your operation. Depending on your pictures I can say that you may benefit from tip refinement, slight hump reduction and radix removal,and your dorsal line(the bridge) draws a lazy C shape which is most probably due to septal deviation. A let-down procedure IMO would be the best option the provide all of those since you have a high radix,preserving your own dorsum without the hump. The best is of course to see a certified plastic surgeon experienced in rhinoplasty and following the latest…
