Capsulectomy of the lower pole of the breast
May 7, 2022
You have a capsular contracture. The prosthesis is behind the muscle and when it contracts it causes the deformity. you need a capsulectomy of the lower pole of the breast

return to the operating room
May 7, 2022
You should enter the operating room and reduce the breast volume to be able to close the wound. if you don’t do it you will be 6 months until it heals
One breast slightly larger after reduction. Is this normal? Possibly due to swelling?
Asymmetric Breasts
Jun 20, 2018
Thank you for your question. You have to wait at least three to four month to see the full result, it is possible that one breast swells more than the other, although as there are no pictures its difficult to see the real problem. If your concern persists, its better to make an appoinment with your plastic surgeon and discuss this with him.
What is it possible to do to fix these “banana rolls”?
Liposuction under the buttock crease
May 17, 2018
Thank you for sharing your question here. A liposuction of the area under the buttock crease can result in lack of support of the buttock, leading to a deflated and overhanging lower buttock with folds of loose skin just below the buttock crease.
If you want to prevent this, liposuction should be limited to only the superficial layer of fat, just under the skin, in the area at and below the buttock crease. You have to be very careful, the key is not removing too much fat in this…

Breast Lift – Areola shape
May 17, 2018
Thank you for sharing your results and doubts. I agree with Dr. Ankur Mehta, MD, the over result of your surgery looks good and I would wait at least 3 month to decide weather correct the areola shape or not, as this evolves over the time. If you are not happy with the shape of your Areola after 3 month it can be corrected easily under local anesthetic.
Best wishes
Facelift or fat grafting to lift the mid face? Which type?
Fatgrafting or SMAS Facelift
May 8, 2018
If you like how your appearance looks after pulling your skin upwards from the temple then your best results will be with a facelift. Fatgrafting would not give the result you really desire, a large amount of fat grafting / volume would be needed to tighten the skin, this could look very unnatural. It is difficult to give you a excact answer without seeing you, but from what you describe a SMAS facelift with platysmaplasty would be the option I would recommend.
Do all facelifts include Platysmaplasty?
SMAS & Platysmaplasty
May 8, 2018
Thank you for sharing your question.
When performing a lifting, we always work in two stages, superficial (sagging skin) and deep (muscle). This technique is called SMAS facelift, SMAS stands for the Superficial Musculo Aponeurotic System. The SMAS is a continuous fibromuscular layer of the face which is covered with the adipose tissue (fat) and the skin. The SMAS interlinks the muscles of the face, midface and neck. It extends to the region in front of and below the ear and continues with…
