I wouldn’t be concerned about the blindness with filler injection into the tear trough below the eye bags. It’s quite safe, as long as your plastic surgeon knows what he is doing. As for the upper eyelid surgery, different surgeons have totally different techniques. Just be sure to see a few doctors before you make a decision. Good Luck!

For temporary measures, you could try an eye lift Botox injection, which lasts about 3 to 4 months and needs to be repeated when the Botox effect wears off. As far as surgery, your bow is quite high, a little upper eyelid skin removal may be all you need. Go see a few docs for consultations before you make a decision!

It seems there are 2 issues:
1) There are some residual fat, with a deep tear trough. Besides having the eye bag fat taken care of, you may want to have the furrow below the eye bag smoothened out...of course, there might be some new charges associated with it

However, if you gained weight, then there might be more fat deposited into the other areas, because the pure fat cell numbers in the liposuctioned areas are already reduced. It does look like that you will need to have augmentation and lift at the same time. However, without knowing how much volume augmentation you are looking at, it's quite difficult to give you the right recommendation as to the voices. If you are only looking at a C-D-cup size, fat grafting could be a good choice, because it is easily achievable, and more importantly, the breasts are very natural. At the same time, you could also have the tummy, waist and the tail of the breasts/accessory...
