If you decide to go with a subpectoral pocket and your surgeon does not dissect it too far close to your sternum you should be safe. Chose a skilled and board certified surgeon who has experience in Breast augmentation to avoid such issues.

The concept of injecting steroids in the nose is unsafe for the type of procedure you had. I am glad that your surgeon is not attempting that. There might be many explanations for your swelling.To be able to better answer your question I would recommend posting a close up photos of the nose from the lateral view, front as well as both bird eyes and worms eyes view to be able to assess the deformity and advice you on the best course of action.

You need to see a board certified Plastic Surgeon with experience in Breast augmentation, correcting your breast problem should begin with assessing the degree of ptosis (breast droopiness) , and wether you would be a candidate for a breast lift .
