From the photos I see here, you would indeed benefit from a nipple-areolar advancement (more so on the right) and a limited anchor type final incision pattern. This would result in nice projection and shape.

1 day post Tummy Tuck, my right drain is only draining at 25cc while the left is 100cc, rig
regarding drains and outputs

This is an important question. Drain outputs can vary widely. Outputs exceeding 100cc every 8 hours should be evaluated by your physician…. especially if dark red. Outputs usually slow down within 24 hours but never go to zero. The color may change from reddish to yellow over a few days. Leg numbness may represent effects from compression of a binder on sensory nerves arising from the inguinal region. This may be relieved by intermittent loosening of the binder or repositioning it…
