It's difficult to be sure by looking at this one profile photo, but you would benefit best with a tummy tuck and liposuction of the waist. The bulging that you are experiencing looks to be the result of muscle separation and therefore, if that's the case, I don't think you will be completely satisfied with just liposuction. You have a smooth result and it looks good. Swelling varies from person to person and you need to wait for 4-6 months and sometimes up to a year to see more final results. Lymphatic massages are excellent for reducing swelling so you're following the right protocol. Good luck to you!
