Thank you for your question and your concerns. A tummy tuck is a significant surgery with a usual postoperative recovery that would limit your ability to pick up a 1 or 2 year old. Looking at your pictures I do not think you would be happy with liposuction alone. I think your next set could be to see a board certified plastic surgeon to have a evaluation. Thank you for your question. I generally use the breast diameter as an indicator to choose your implants. Then discuss with you the implant profile that would best meet your size concerns. It sounds like a good size choice.

You appear to have a nice early result . Each plastic surgeon has their individual post op regimen. I would trust your plastic surgeon and follow his or hers recommendations

Thank you for your question.From your pictures you likely are a candidate for either procedure but your in person evaluation would be most critical to determining your best course. That evaluation may indicate you would be most pleased with a full TT and the vertical incision would be to relocate your umbilicus.

Thank you for your question. I think you would be happiest with an augmentation with a mastopexy. An implant would give you more volume but your nipple position would be low and likely you would not be satisfied. You other option would be just a mastopexy and repositioning your own tissue to give some increased fullness. I would schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your desires and options.
Follow-Up: I'm almost 3 weeks post-op and not seeing many changes. Dropping normally?

Thank you for your question. Congratulations on your surgery. You are still early in your recovery and you appear to be doing well. Your swelling will be improving and your implants should settle over the next 3 -6 months. I would discuss this with your plastic surgeon to see if there is anything you can to speed this along. Such as massage or breast wraps to help settle

Thank you for your question. You appear to have a nice result given your preoperative pictures and difference. It depends how the amount of time you are post operatively to estimate the amount of difference you will see in regards to selling but that should occur with both breasts. Thank you for your question. It is always a difficult decision as to timing of your elective procedure. You are the best person to decide how soon you wish to have children. If it is soon like the next couple of months then I would wait. If you are less sure as to when, then you could consider a tummy tuck because I think that would give you the best results. It is difficult to determine how much you would stretch because everyone is different.

Thank you for your pictures and your question. While you could just get implants. I think that they would have to be extremely large implants to allow for a good result. I think you would have a better result with an augmentation with a mastopexy or just a mastopexy
