Thanks for your question. Although a polly beak formation cannot be ruled out, at 3,5 wks following a rhinoplasty, the nose can be still swollen. Swelling of the skin and swelling related to fluid retention under the skin can require months to resolve completely. The tip of the nose is the most gravity dependent and therefore the part where the swelling will persist the longest. Express your surgeon your concerns and questions and give it some time.
