All of your procedures could be performed at one sitting.
Well placed micro fat grafting can do wonders as a supplement at the same time.
Personally I would leave the tip of nose alone. It looks good to me.
You can pick anything apart if you look at it long enough.

This picture is totally inadequate to answer the question.
I truly believe you have not captured these glands under the jawline in the picture.
It looks like extensive tissue above the jawline which would require liposuction.
The submandibular glands are not removed if they pose a contouring problem.
Only a small portion of the gland is resected and should be a relatively benign adjunct to the neck/face lift procedure.

There is redundancy of the mid to lower face
some selected suctioning and lifting will be required
after this has been done I would recommend some micro fat grafting to complete the re contouring
patience is a virtue
it will be a good six to eight weeks to appreciate what will be an extended healing process

Each surgeon will have an opinion unique to him/her.
This should definitely be performed with an open technique
The contouring will be done with fat removal above and below the platysma
the tightening of a platysmaplasty is necessary
other contouring may be required, but exactly what is required will only be revealed after the first part of the procedure
I would also recommend a modest chin implant to heighten the contour of the jaw line

Sorry for your regret. Technically, the result is good. Perhaps you can discuss a revision with minimal cost to you since you are very unhappy. I would suggest larger implants with scar revision to try and get the scar beneath a larger implant. When you lay down it is inevitable to see the scars.Best,Talmage Raine MD

I would recommend you see an immunologist concerning implants causing your disability. Your health is more important than the shape of your breasts. If you truly believe your health issues are related to your implants I would recommend seriously removing them and getting a lift with out implants Currently there is very little hard data conclusively implicating these issues to breast implants.Sorry for the rock and hard place, but sometimes you have to choose.Best,Talmage Raine MD.
