After viewing your pictures, I believe you may be eligible for a breast reduction surgery.  The first one will not preclude you from having a second procedure.  The insurance company will request a medical history that should include a history of back, neck and/or shoulder pain.  It should also document what you have done to alleviate the symptoms(exercise, otc medications etc) and that those measures did not work.  You should contact either your primary care doctor or your insurance company…

It is not uncommon for patients to develop an itchy rash from using the antibiotic ointments over a long period. You should check with your surgeon and discuss discontinuing the use of antibiotic ointments.

This is an issue that should be seen by the physician who did the original reconstruction or by another Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.  It may be a capsule forming around the implant which will not improve without treatment.  This will be covered by your insurance if the reconstruction was after a cancer diagnosis.

Good Morning, I am sorry that you are having this problem.  I would suggest that you try to contact the physician that did the procedure to see what he/she recommends first.  If you are not able to reach that physician, then you should try to see a physician in the area where you are . Hi Holly,You should explore using your own fat to augment your lips with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.  There are several surgical lip procedures, that do not include implants, that might give you the results you are hoping to achieve.
BSA of 0.3904 is this in the range to qualify for breast reduction

There are multiple reasons that your surgery may be deemed medically necessary and BSA is only one tool that is used by a few of the insurance companies.  They best way to find out if your insurance will cover this procedure is to see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and have your specific information submitted to your insurance.  Alternatively, you may contact  a physician or your insurance company and give them more detail and they should  able to give you a better answer to your question.

To revise this scar will require another incision closer to the pubic area.  It should be healed in about 2 weeks.  and may require a drain.   The belly button can be made smaller with a minor procedure.  These can be done at the same time.

Congratulations on your decision to have a tummy tuck. You should contact your surgeon as these problems may be a side effect to the medication you are taking. The surgeon may want to switch your prescription to see if that alleviates some of your symptoms.
