With the arm lift we adjust the skin of the arm, arm pit and the lateral part of the chest. The forearm is a difficult area to treat because there can be important complications with surgery. Also the thighs can be adjusted from the groin down to the knees.
It would be important to evaluate you and decide if there is something we could do for your forearm and lower leg. When it is only extra skin, we can do a conservative procedure on those areas.

Some times, to have the best result, it is necessary to do a more extense scar to be able to take out all the excess skin and have a better contour.
In your case, I think it would be important to adjusts as best as possible all the anterior skin of the abdomen (upper and lower). That implies having a full anterior tummy tuck ( from hip bone to hip bone).
That way it will contour better this area.
And you are right, if we use a smaller scar, there will be skin bulging from…

For an optimal result, we would need to readjust the excess skin in the lower part of the breast. To achieve that we need the inverted T scar. And the implant will add more volume and upper pole fullness.
Doing just the crescent lift won´t deliver the best aesthetic result.
