Yuo look like a perfect patient for an upper blepheroplasty. Can’t see the lower eyelids in the picture but from your description sounds like lower involved as well. The periorbital region (area around the eyes) can often make us look tired and older than we really are. Getting rid of that excess skin (and sometimes fat) can make all the difference in the world.

There is no deadline for them to come out. They are designed to be temporary but sometime we leave them in for a year or longer.

It is very common have ‘deflated’ breast after weight loss even though you had a breast augmentation. It sounds like you will need to have a revision where either the implant is replaced with a larger one OR you get a breast lift to tighten everything up again.
