Dear Elakimba, I believe that you answered your question yourself! Different style implants will be expected to have different proportional dimensions regardless of the implant volume as measured in cc's. Take for example a theroreticly perfect dome shaped breast implant compared to a tear drop or spherical shaped implant- they may have similar total cc's but one would look bigger than the other and its up to you and your plastic surgeon to decide what you want to select...

Unless you gain substantial weight, in all likelihood, neither your breasts nor your implants will look larger as they drop. The current actual cup size appears to be close to a "D" if not exactly in the D range but bra sizes are sometime skewed by a particular bra manufacturer. Either way, in my opinion, you look to have a result with which not be disappointed and your appearance should look more and more natural over the ensuing weeks and months.
