It is possible that the chin implant or the face lift led to clenching of the masseter muscle that has now become chronic. If so, Botox will alleviate the symptoms. And examination by a Board Certified Plastic or Facial Plastic Surgeon should be able to confirm this. Treatment is Botox, usually repeated every 3-6 months. Hope this helps.

Liposuction can be done a second time if there is fat under the skin to remove. One can't tell from your photo if this is the case or if the fat is internal. I suggest you see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. One can 't tell if your desired look is reasonable from the photos since yours are close up and the others are at a normal distance. And the others do not have profile views. Your plastic surgeon can better tell you after examining you.

A general surgeon has absolutely no formal training in cosmetic plastic surgery including none in liposuction or BBL, which is the most dangerous cosmetic procedure.
