The answer is most definitely yes. Not only can fat be transferred to enlarge male breast, the areas where the fat is extracted using liposuction will also be dramatically improved. It's a two-for-one surgery in that sense. The fat is removed from the problem areas and is then purified before being meticulously injected into the breast.
As always, I recommend a formal evaluation with an expert breast surgeon to go over the fine details of the procedure and recovery.
