Great question. Just remember that so much more than CC’s goes into the appearance of your new breast. The projection and your base width measurement matters too. With that said, 50 CC’s is a very small difference, but the best way to know is always by trying them on in the office with a bra and with a shirt.
Can all of these procedures be done all at once in a Mommy makeover?

The term “mommy makeover” is just a word we use to speak about multiple procedures after weight loss. So, technically yes! You can call it anything you’d like. From your photo it looks like you are a candidate for a breast lift. “mommy makeover” usually refers to the upper half of the body and sometimes massive weight-loss includes thigh lift and/ or body and back lift.

HI! You could do either, but the anchor would give you the most lift and best upper pole fullness. You always want to go for the best results over fear of scars to be happy. Plastic surgeons are trained in closure techniques to give you minimal scars.

Great question! Smoking distorts a patient’s immune system and can delay healing, increasing the risk of infection at the wound site. Smoking just one cigarette decreases the body’s ability to deliver necessary nutrients for healing after surgery. I recommend that you quit 2 weeks before and after surgery. Even if you quit 24 hours before surgery, that can increase the amount of oxygen in your body. Your surgeon can always tell if you are a smoker. 2nd hand smoke is just as bad. Great job on…

HI! Great question, and so many. women desire this! It is. possible with an implant if your ptosis is minor. Great way to know if you need a lift is the pencil test. If you can hold a pencil under your breast… and your nipples point towards the ground you most likely need a lift. If you are really against a lift, you can always stage the procedures. If you are happy with implants you can try that and go in at a later date for a lift if that doesn’t help you achieve your goals.

HI, Great question. First, make sure you choose someone you really trust. Go to as many consultations as you need. Secondly these goal photos are great! It looks like you want more of a high profile implant except one of the photos looks more moderate. Your breast are on the smaller side, so even a moderate profile implant is going to look very projected on you. Based on 3 of your “wish photos” I would suggest 385 cc implants high to extra high profile. I love Sientra implants.
