Hello.Our advise is 360 liposuction with tummytuck .The belly bottom possition will be changed also muscles will be restored.Your scar will be from one side to other (hip to hip ) but inside your underwear so will not be visible when you wear bikini vs .All loose skin will be removed and you will be very happy with the result.
