The healing time is no more than a week but stitches get absorbed in around three weeks. It is a very safe procedure and done in 45minutes to 60 minutes. Other ptosis are first and thrid degree the later one is worst when nipple hangs even the at the lower contour of breast

Actually if you already have history of hypertrophic scarring then probably you will again get hyper-trophic scarring….
Secondly breast implants increase the sagging of breast due to added weight of implants…actually it requires mastopexy along with breast implants to correct both problems….
