If it’s just been 4 days since your treatment, then you should give it some more time to settle. Use ice packs for Swelling, drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. In few days swelling will settle and then you should see the results. Or if still concerned contact your injector.

Fillers cannot take the nasolabial folds away completely. Nasolabial are normal part of an anatomy of face. They get more pronounced with sun damage to the skin, ageing due to breakdown of collagen or reduction of facial fat pad. With dermal fillers in the cheeks improves the appearance of nasolabial folds sometimes little filler at the nasolabial fold is also need along with cheeks. An experienced injector would know where to implant for better results.

There are so many Laser treatments available in the market, all claim to be good. But at younger age like in 20’s or late 20’s good skin care regime is most important to prevent early breakdown of collagen. Life style contributes a lot in early development of wrinkles. You could try tear trough treatment with fillers but I would suggest if you got a busy lifestyle then eating healthy diet, plenty of water and 8 hours of sleep along with high spf sunscreen would help you more.

Always contact your injector if you concern about your treatment.
If lump is not hard, red or tender then it should settle with massage with arnica cream. But you should contact your injector if you are concerned of a lump.
Would 20 units of Botox be enough to use around my lips to make them look better?

Botox is mainly for the upper face i.e frown lines, forehead lines and crow feet at the side of eyes though can be used in tiny amount in lower face by an experienced injector along with dermal fillers in lower part of face relax deep lines and then fill with filler.
Looking at your picture, for lips Belotero lips or Juvederm would give good lip augmentation.
