Hey there! Thanks for the question.
Fillers can often really help to improve the appearance of a recessed chin, but as you say they will eventually need topping up. The longest lasting HA fillers can last up to 2 years,so it does require some sticking with it. If you’re looking for something more permanent, it may be that you need to see a facial surgeon fr chin realignment.

Hey there – thanks for the question! It does appear that you now have to much filler in that area and I would consider dissolving it and possibly look at getting a cheek lift. Do go and see a trusted injector for advice on this.
Would fillers work in these “dents”, under my lips, or would it look odd?

Hey there, thanks for the question! Actually, fillers would work great in that area, reducing the load on the mentalis muscle. Other options would be to soften the mentalis with a bit of botox as well! Good luck

Volume loss in the mid face is a common problem but the good thing is that you can get natural looking results usually without the need for surgery with HA fillers. They provide lift and contour of the cheek but do get advice from a trusted injector.

Hey there, thanks for the question. Fillers in this area and in the lateral cheek work really well for this problem. The correct filler ca usually provide a good result for up to 2 years. While the upfront cost may be a bit larger, the time frame of the effect is great!

These lines are often the symptom of volume loss elsewhere – namely the mid face. Correctly restoring volume in this area provides a lift for skin pressing on the lower face and reducing the shadow. Once lifted fillers directly in to these lines can also give a nice smoothing effect.
