Dr. Navnit Haror use a micromotor called the MM Marathon with punch sizes typically ranging from .8 mm to 1 mm depending on the bald area and the size of the graft. This reduces trauma and resultant scarring to the skin while causing no damage to the surrounding hair follicles. Dense packing typically ranges from 42 to 56 grafts per square centimeter (FU/cm2) which Dr Haror feels provides an adequate density close to natural one while preserving complete blood circulation in the scalp.

Dr. Haror uses all the latest and advanced techniques including the trichophytic closure technique for FUT or strip procedures, microscopic dissection and minimally invasive tools to reduce trauma and maximize density.

During FUE and FUT procedures, Dr. Haror pre-makes all recipient slits or incisions and then grafts are simultaneously harvested and implanted into tiny recipient incisions ranging from 0.7 mm to 0.9 mm. By simultaneously implanting the grafts immediately after harvesting, grafts spend no time outside of the body, minimizing desiccation/dehydration to the grafts and providing perfect yield.
