Do I need a third FUE procedure?

Hi,
You will see a 60% result after 6 months from the surgery; you will notice 100% of the results in one year after the surgery. For exact result, you have to wait at least one year. It is too early to discuss third session for you.

After the examining your hair, I suggest that you need least 3500-4000 grefts with high density. Especially for your front line and corners. But I have to mention that you have to use your back hair longer than 1-2 cm. I can either make FUE without shaving and classic FUE. It depends on your wish.
Any advice regarding the shape of the hairline? I want a hairline that will look natural for a 36 year

You need at least 4000-4500 grefts for one session. You need high density and natural front line. Your hair quality is very well. 4500 grefts satisfy you.

I recommend you to be more patient. After 6 months your hair is in a emergent period, that means that new hairs are appearing little by little. You should wait until the maturation period (8-12 months after HT) to see hair thickens.

After 5 months it is still too early to draw conclusions. I recommend you to be patient and wait your +12 months after the HT to see your full results.
