There might be some stiffness, swelling and unevenness initially . it will take around 6 months to get the final result. you need to wait for at least 3 more month to know the final outcome. after 6 months visit your doctor for final result assessment
meanwhile kindly follow all the routine post surgical care instruction like massage, compression garment etc

As you have mentioned that you have taken 6 sessions & as your pictures has shows decrease in color density of your tattoo so you need to continue another 6 – 8 sessions, this tattoo will reduce after you complete more sessions.
